DO NOT BUY FROM NETFLORIST

DO NOT BUY FROM NETFLORIST!!! I bought a birthday gift for my wife on the 27/01/23, to be dilvered on the 3rd Feb 2023 which is my wifes birthday. On the day I called the driver who had my wife's gift, his name is Lerato, he said he is in Melkbos and he had two more drops and after that he will come to my house in Tableview, time was 1pm. Lerato never showed up and I contacted Netflorist and I was told the driver said I was not available (blatant lie). Netflorist agent who's name is also Lerato told me the items are out again for delivery, this is the next day 4th Feb, my wife's birthday had passed already, I didnt have a gift for my wife and I had to spend thousands of rands to get my wife another gift in the last moment. I told Netflorist that the driver needs to leave the parcel with my neighbour becuase I had to take my wife to a weekend away since I had no gift becuase of their incompetence. The agent said she will advise the driver to leave the parcel with my neighbour and I also gave her my neighbours contact number. I was assured that my parcel would be delivered that day (4/02/23). Today its the 5th Feb 2023, and i'm sti waiting for my wife's order to be delivered. I have called the Netflorist branch in Parow mumtiple times, they are rude and non helpfull, one lady told me she's busy and that I should contact the driver myself, one guy dropped the phone on my ear.

I spent over R700 to buy this gift and all I want is my wife's gift to be delivered. Do I deserve to be abused and disrespected by Netflorist aftet paying for a service?? Netflorist ruined my plans for my wife's birthday, Netdlorist ruined me financially. I can never get another chance to present my wife with a gift on her birthday, all becuase of Netflorist.

I urge you all to start looking for alternative vendors this coming valentine's day. DO NOY BUY FROM NETFLORIST! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PLANS AND YOUR SPECIAL PERSON WILL BE DISSAPOINTED! I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT NETFLORIST EVER AGAIN, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL ALSO NEVER BUY FROM THESE ******** EVER AGAIN!!!
