DO NOT BUY FROM NETFLORIST

I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED I will never order from you guys again. I paid R700 rand for a chocolate wrap around tower box. It was supposed to be 15 chocolates perfectly wrapped in a birthday love tower box that resembled a cake. WHAT I GOT FOR R700 is 15 chocolates put in a brown box and that's what the person received as their birthday gift. I called two consultants, the one said that she'd send over the wrap around box atleast, but when I phoned a second time for an update, the consultant told me that ALOT of people are experiencing problems with their orders because your suppliers have run out of the boxes they are meant to arrive in and basically sorry not sorry that's just how it is, then she wanted to compensate me with R200 gift card, I'm sorry but this is just a slap in the face. NO ONE in their right mind would pay R500 for a few Cadbury chocolates you can buy at the garage. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Atleast when people order the tower boxes you could STATE THAT IT'S NOT GOING TO ARRIVE IN THAT BOX and give your customers the option to buy it or not anyways. I could have gotten a product on your website that would ACTUALLY arrive as it should. This is **************** and I will never use your service again or recommend it to any more people.

Beyond livid. Quite frankly this is *******
