Do not bother ordering ahead for a certain day delivery!

two working days ( excluding the weekend) i get informed that my order, which is due for Monday , cannot be delivered as for their machines for the personalized items does not work and they cannot complete the order.please keep in mind that this order was placed longer than a month ago , and NOW ONLY I get informed that my order will Unfortunately not be ready ?? so now , in this short notice i must find a new gift as for they decided to start with my order literally a day or two before delivery?? Don't you prepare customers orders long before, so that IF this happens.. you can inform your customers long before the due date of delivery so that they can arrange something else??????? thank you very much for making your mistakes OUR problems !!!!!!!!!
