Distasteful, poor and useless service

You will receive an email notification when your gift leaves for delivery and also a confirmation email once your gift has been delivered. 10:39 AM I am fully aware that you can not guarantee delivery times, however your website allows the option for delivery to a school, as you should be aware school times are usually between 8 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, therefore your option for selection for delivery to a school is superfluous, if your offices cannot guarantee that the products ordered before hand will be delivered within a time period that is well known to all people. Quite frankly I am extremely disappointed with the services I have been provided. The option available to select a specific location, I.E. SCHOOL, would mean that there is no need for the option cause you cannot guarantee delivery before the school day ends. 10:47 AM although we cannot guarantee delivery before 2pm we will try our utmost best to meet the deadline 10:49 AM It seems as if they will then contact her after she leaves for the day and request her to return to the school grounds, as they previously did, where same day delivery was guaranteed. However then deliver it the next day. This means that the SPECIAL GIFT which your ads promise is nfact no longer a gift but just a delivery that is a day late. Further on the last occasion she was requested to return to school and not to provide an alternative address for delivery when she told the people that she would not return they then responded with then they will attend to the delivery tomorrow.
