Dissatisfied customer.. Netflorist

I feel so so disappointed with netflorist.. Any of us customers have busy schedules however we love making friends and family feel special so in the hustle Abd bustle of our busy day we use online services but are so misled. I searched for a personalized gift for a very special friend as I'm from Durban and she is in cape Town. The picture showed 3 personalized towels and u quickly purchased the item. My friend thanked me for the 2 hand towels and I asked her why 2 and not 3. So I checked the shipping site again and found that you have to go Into each category of towels to find the quantity yet the picture next to the price and set you want shows 3 towels. I just find this very misleading. It's a shame that I paid R 399 plus R 89 for delivery and R 139 for Ferreros yet Im so so unhappy that it wasnt what I wanted. Totally totally horrified and dissatisfied
