Dissatisfied customer

I ordered an anniversary gift to be delivered on the 20th March in Durban and it dd not arrived. I as the recipient was not called by the delivery guy but got an email that I was not available for delivery but no one came so I reschedule to the 21st March via email which was acknowledged but still no delivery or phone call or email. Iv been calling and emailing asking for my delivery but nothing.

I’m now leaving Durban to go home to Bloemfontein and I have no idea where my order is or if I’m gonna get it.

The anniversary has also passed now so the gift defeats the purpose now as it’s late.

Very dissatisfied customer with no delivery still.
