Dissatisfied

Extremely dissatisfied with service. Did not deliver on day requested, (Friday). Delivered on Monday and flowers were completely wilted within 3 days. Offered me a free delivery valid for a year on next purchase and did not send voucher. Contacted them about this and they sent a voucher valid for 2 hours. Tried to unsubscribe but website does not allow it. Sent a mail and asked them to unsubscribe me but no joy.
