Dissapointment in Netflorists

Had a very bad experience! Order flowers. When I phoned they told me that it will be there before 13:00 I waited up to 17:30. Just before 18:00 I received a phonecall to inform me that I will only receive it the next day. This is the worst experience I ever had with a delivery company.
