DISSAPOINTING NETFLORIST

Netflorist & their staff members have proven to be dishonest & unreliable. Monday 02 March 2020 I placed an order for 24 Red roses for a Birthday celebration on 04 March 2020 ( specifically 24 red roses as they have a meaning for this specific client )...you would think 24 red roses is a simple order)...no, not for Netflorist...they delivered 10 roses!!!!...meaning we paid R639.00 for 10 roses!!!???, I called to find out what's happened to the other 14 roses, after being on hold for over 20 minutes, I get a lousy " I'll look into it & get back to you" no apologies, nothing, so I asked for this to be sorted out urgently before 15h00, the response was "unfortunately we cannot get a driver to deliver before 15H00" so 1)the birthday is already going passed, 2)the meaning of the gift for the client is ruined, 3)Netflorist has ****** client of R639.00...CLOSE your doors your customer service is ATROCIOUS!!!
