"Dissapointing" Florist

I was given the option to choose a specific colour of plant I wanted to order for my mom's birthday,on the Netflorist website. However, a completely different colour was delivered instead.I emailed the company expressing my disappointment but was told they could do nothing as the colour I requested was probably sold out. This would not have bothered me such a great deal if this info was updated on the website at the time of selecting my colour choice. Also, bear in mind that Netflorist isn't exactly a cheap gifting service either. Not even a gift voucher offered as recompensation or replacement of the plant with another? I am utterly disappointed.
