Dissapointing
useless system they use, you order same day delivery early in the morning to a business address and their mandate is that they deliver till 17:00 and yet you as the customer wait till such time for your parcel only to be told that driver did not make it for that 17:00 time and yet they refuse to deliver to an alternate address on the same day where as they delivery issue was on their side

28 Aug 2023, 17:12Netflorist delivery for 28/08/23 not honoured for a 13 year annivessary purchase and yet their mandate states that they deliver til 17:00 and my order was for same day delivery placed early morning and yet they do not have the decency to call and advise that delivery will not be honored as stipulated, nor will they deliver to alternate address on the same day, anniversary is today 28/08/23 delivery of my order for me is useless the next day,rather refund me my mnoey and keep your useless business
