Dissapointed with service

I placed an order on the 17th and made a payment. I have called them since yesterday to verify if they received proof of payment and was sent from pillar to post. It's a birthday gift for the 18th which is today and consultant tells me it will be delivered tomorrow... The birthday is today not tomorrow. Incomplete service.
