Dissapointed customer

Its my second time using your service and the first time i used it i was really happy with your guys service. Today i called and to my understanding how can you deliver after 4pm to a corporate company. The way im so upset right now the flowers are sitting with receptionist lady and i asked if the delivery will be before 3:30 i am no longer going to use this service . As for the flowers i called through to reception and told the reception lady to keep them i am not going to let my wife get old flowers the flowing day when she goes to work. I am really disappointed at your guys service today out of anything that would go wrong today it had to be you guys and i had so much faith in your services
