Disrespectful fowl and incomptente

Netflorist in Bloemfontein is an absolute disgrace. We ordered red roses for my mother's birthday, only to have them never delivered. When we contacted Netflorist, they were arrogant and put us on hold for 7-10 minutes without even apologizing. To make matters worse, no alternative arrangements were made. This has caused immense distress and frustration, and has spoiled my mother's birthday. Netflorist has proven to be completely unreliable and ***********, and we would not recommend them to anyone. Their service is so poor that it should be a source of shame for them.
