This company has turned into something unrecognizable recently. You trust a company like this to deliver, one that you give trust that the people you care about get the message they deserve. Sadly they will break that promise.

The website, first of all. The option to have two items in your cart and checkout is not possible without having to write two cards and still will not proceedto checkout. Maybe this could be a browser specific problem although, two browsers on both a cellphone and two on windows has the same checkout problem. The website needs some serious attention. Forcing people to buy one item or if they want to buy extra, they will need to go with a bundle to include it. If you want two, you will now pay for two delivery charges.

Second, as a person to always find solutions I did, ordering separately. You would imagine this to be the end. The orders were placed the day before in the morning, updated tracking showed that both were out for delivery. No indication of when. After some time waiting on hold, was advised that the flowers requested were out of stock, 13:00h on the day of the delivery. Credit needs to be given to a gentleman name Wandile who tried to remedy the situation by offering alternative options. At this point in the day I was willing to compromise my partners anniversary flowers for an option I did not intend on going with.

If it were not for enquiring the delivery time, there would be an item short. The fact that an item that does not exist can be packaged at midnight and out for delivery will forever make me question if what I want is even available to begin with.

19:30 the following day the substitute flowers were then delivered.

Companies like this will thrive, not because they are the best but it's obvious that there is no clear competition in this market and the least effort will always be the only effort you will receive. The prices are not worth the stress of a special day being potentially ruined.
