Dismal service from Netflorist

I placed an order 2 days before my sister's birthday, for delivery the day before her birthday. The delivery was not done on that day. The following day the driver messaged my sister from before midday to say that he had missed a turn but is around the corner and would be there shortly. She had plans and told him that she would leave by 12:30, and he assured her that he would be there before then. She waited until 15:00 and left. He phoned just before 16:00 to say he was there but there was nobody to sign. The delivery was eventually done the day after my sister's birthday at 21:20 at night, and it was not as described on the website. It had only 4 sunflowers instead of 5. Throughout the delays, I called netflorist repeatedly and requested the delivery to be expedited but all the agents could say was that they could not advise on the time of delivery. I am very disappointed. What was supposed to be a joyful gesture turned into an unpleasant, stressful experience.
