DISMAL AND SHOCKING SERVICE

A Birthday cake that was supposed to be delivered on the 02/11/2020, was not delivered, not prioritised on the 3rd, and not ONE Call Centre agent tells the same story. It is now 15h00 on the day after the scheduled delivery date, and I still do not have the cake (late for the occasion anyway), NO ONE can tell me when it will be delivered, and I can not cancel the order, or I WILL BE CHARGED. Order was placed more than a week in advance. Don't expect a response, because I have had none from them on my complaint.
