Disillusioned first time customer

For our anniversary I ordered flowers as a surprise for my wife. The delivery was so late that I was already at home from work when it was delivered. I received the flowers myself as my wife was out to fetch the kids. It would have been better if I stopped at the shop and bought the flowers myself. What's the point of using Netflorist if they cannot deliver during working hours?
