Dishonesty

I will never purchase from Netflorist again. They delivered an item to a recipient that was cheaper than the item I paid for. They didn't even have the decency to inform me. Then offered to refund me the difference. I demanded answers and was not given any, but offered a full refund. The trick is... you place an order, and the item goes to someone else. Unless that person sends a photo or you see it, you don't know what was delivered. Terrible dishonesty
