Dishonest

My partner had scheduled flowers to be delvered for our anniversary since we couldnt spend it together due to work obligations. But Netflorist failed to do the delivery on the specific date. Latr the vening we sent an email to enquire as to why I havent received the flowers, we were suprised to be informed that i hacve already signed for the delivery. I feel they were dishonest to claim I have signed when I did not. Even though they were able to make the delivery the next We fel that it defeated the purpose and the dishonesty just made the whole encounter with them distasteful. I have resorted to writing a review because this is not the first time their services has dissapointed me. On Valentines the driver arriver wit my chocolates melting out of the box and her vehicle filled with children and take-aways. I ignored that incident because I understand we all want to make a living and kids need to have lunch, But now that they have resorted to dishonesty I have unsubscribed to their services and I will no longer do bussiness with them in the future.
