Disgustingly Dissapointing Service

To say I am disappointed with the level of service I received would be an understatement at this point… let me bullet poit the series of events for you

· I ordered a personalised watch for my boyfriend for his birthday, I am sure you can track the days with the order number

· I then get a call the day before his birthday around 5pm informing that the watch wont be delivered tomorrow

· I get offered a biltong hamper and wine as apology to arrive on his birthday

· The wine arrives, poor quality of work done on it, no one would offer that as a gift.. photos not aligned etc and it only arrived after 8pm

· The biltong does not arrive

· Eventually the watch gets delivered on the Friday, not only is it of poor quality but my heart sank when it started ticking everywhere

· The watch does not keep time

· To date it is still malfunctioning

I need to talk to someone who will assist with the return of the watch or whatever other option you can put on the table to resolve this. As an individual who has been using your services for a while, this I did not expect and I am truly disappointed. This was supposed to be a very special gift and it is just nightmare.

I will wait for your response, if not I will escalate this to other platforms.
