DISGUSTING, SHAMEFULL AND HORRID

I order flowers on Monday, paid the delivery fee of same day service at 16:00 the recipient still did not receive her packaged. i phoned Netflorist and spoke to an agent via their "chat" option online. the call Centre agent was of NO ASSISTANCE WHAT SO EVER!! the lady that confirmed the online chat concluded the chat because of "no response" yet they take 15 - 20 minutes to reply and i took a mere 3-5 minutes to reply. However, needless to say the lady was of no assistance another chat was opened and yet again no assistance. they were unable to track my order or confirm delivery.

I received a notification the next morning saying the recipient accepted delivery at 21:30 at night - this delivery was to be done at a office building. the recipient however did not accept service, someone else did. be that as it may the person whom accepted service confirmed that the flowers was basically dead when it arrived and tried to save whatever they could from it.

i went to the recipient this morning to view the flowers and to my utter dismay found that the flowers received and that advertised was NOT CLOSE TO THE SAME THING!! the flowers was in extremely bad condition and again it was confirmed that same was received as that, DISGUSTING!!!

in the past i had a problem with no delivery of an item and struggled from a month to get my money back from this horrid place and as i was of good spirits thought i would try them again HAHAHAHAHAHA NEVER AGAIN!!!!! fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me!!!!

I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THEIR SERVICE I AM DIGRACED AND ASHAMED OF THE FLOWERS SENT TO A DEAR FRIEND OF MINE AND HAVING MY NAME ASSOSIATED WITH THIS DISGUSTING PROUDLESS AND USELESS PLACE THAT ADVERTISE THEM SELVES AS THE BEST SAME DAY SERVICE FLORISTS THEY ARE NOTING MORE THAN A PUBLIC PARK GARDEN THAT HASNT BEEN MAINTAINED FOR YEARS AND TO THINK YOU HAVE PEOPLE PAY FOR THIS FILTH YOU DELIVER AS FLOWERS AND PRESENTS TO POEPLE!!!!
