Disgusting services

I have ordered a package from netflorist to be sent to my girlfriend,on receiving the parcel it was only to find out it was the wrong parcel and message sent, I have brought it to their attention and made them aware that this wrong message could have ruined my relationship, the only form of compensation offered to me was a return your old gift and give you the correct parcel with an apology It is highly unacceptable and netflorist does not care about client relations,if you would like your relationship and marriage to be ruined please use netflorist as they are extremely unreliable and will constantly mess up. I urge all consumers to stay away from this company
