Disgusting service terrible **** of a company

Absolutely disgusting service from net florist! I will never use them again. I’m currently living in Mauritius and it was my mother’s birthday on the 7th of May (she resides in jeffereys bay) i ordered And paid for flowers (nationwide) a teddy balloons and a chocolate for delivery on the 7th. They message me the next day saying this can only be delivered today which is the 9th... ok well what can I do. Then they msg another msg saying oh actually they can’t deliver flowers as they don’t have a florist they use in that area as it stated on the site that they do. I’m yet to be reimbursed. Then this morning I get a msg that they don’t have the teddy I paid for in stock... ?unbelievable! So it’s the 9th nothing has been delivered and they don’t have anything I’ve paid for in stock their service is disgusting as they really just don’t give a dam.
