DISGUSTING SERVICE! NO COMMUNICATION! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Last year around the beginning of December I place an order to be delivered on the 27th of December. They let me know they cannot deliver on that date on the 27th (the day the order was supposed to be delivered). I understand and ask when the stock can be delivered to which they respond they actually don't have stock of the item I ordered and have no idead when they will be able to deliever. I get a voucher and cancel my order.

Fast forward to 2020/06/10- I again order from them, this time 2 items to be delivered on 2020/06/11. HALF of the delivery arrives! When i phone them to find out why, their response is "oh sorry, you were supposed to get an email. there is no stock and we don't know when we will be getting"! Once I understand but TWICE! I will never be using them again! IF there is no stock-remove the item from the website AND actually let the people know! Both of these were supposed to be gifts and the whole event was just absolutely ruined by NETFLORIST! They don't even deserve one star!
