Disgusting service leaves me embarrassed on Mother's Day

I ordered a Mother's Day pot plant for my mom who lives in Durban (Order number: ‪***‬).

I had written a beautiful message for her and what she received was beyond disgusting and not only disgusting, showed me that Netflorist has ZERO quality checks done on the messages that are sent out. (see pictures attached)

The card was addressed to someone else, then the name was SCRATCHED OUT and my mother's name was scribbled on the inside and SPELLED INCORRRECTLY!!!!!! The card had other holidays listed in it The message looked like it was written by a computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The plant soil was completely dry My mother was so disappointed and I was completely embarrassed. I emailed Netflorist yesterday to inform them of this, and to date have received no communication from them on how this will be resolved or even an apology for this pathetic service.
