Disgusting service from Netflorist

I cannot believe how some businesses are able to survive during tough economic times despite providing unacceptable, amateurish services!!!! It says a lot about how we as South African consumers just accept this type of arrogance from businesses. I recently ordered flowers for my wife's birthday from Netflorist. Not only were they delivered late the afternoon but the quality was so bad that the disappointment on my wife's face was so clearly evident. They were just a bunch of green stalks with a few buds that took more than a week to open. Clearly not what I was sold online!!!! They spoilt a special day for my special lady. After contacting them, not even a follow up to hear what I was unhappy with!
