Disgusting Service from NETFLORIST

The people that work in the NETFLORIST call centre are absolutley useless that don't what they are doing and i don't recommend anyone place any orders with them unless you want to be disappointed,I asked them for a simple instruction to deliver before 12pm as my wife was taking a half day,they went to her workplace at 4pm and called me saying no one was there to collect the order,completely clueless staff from the Call Centre to the drivers
