Disgusting service from Netflorist

I had ordered 2 gifts to be delivered one in durban and the other in cape town. Both gifts were received by the wrong people. What is the point of asking for the recipient's details if you are just going to hand over the gift to anyone. I phoned the call centre and the lady tells me that they delivered it to the right address but can't I just go and fetch it from those people. How do you tell someone to just fetch their gift from an unknown person. Anyway that's what the person did...the people who had signed for the gift denied that anything was delivered. As for the call centre agent she put me on hold for 12 minutes and cut the call on me. pathetic service if you ask me!!
