Disgusting service

What terrible service 3 times in a row. Netflorist has now ruined 2 valentines days as well as an anniversary by not delivering on the day it was supposed to and everytime all i get is a sorry. I gave them 3 tries and they failed on all 3. Trying to call to see where my delivery was resulted in them putting me on hold and cutting me off after a 15min wait. I have paid for a valentines day gift and a day later still nothing. Absolutely disgusted that you pay so much and receive such bad service!!!
