Disgusting Service and attitude!

I am utterly disgusted at the service I received from Monique from the call centre! Thank you for ruining my Sisters 30th Birthday! Dead flowers get delivered two balloons that look like it should be from her husband NOT what I ordered and wait I paid for a card but get sent a free netflorist card with the most disgusting handwriting in it! I am totally disgusted and will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN! You charge an arm and a leg for the flowers and we still pay for extras which we dont get. I get promised that a new arrangement will be sent the same day the 4th September or the following day with exactly what I ordered and still nothing now being thr 6th September! I am going to take this as far as I can to make sure everyone knows you are absolutely pathetic! You disgust me and the everyone will know!
