Disgusting service

<p>I ordered flowers for my daughter which would come with champagne, ice bucket, and chocs for Friday as she had just passed exams. To my disgust ONLY the flowers arrived. When phoning they just said that the driver didnt realise and would arrange for the balance of the order to be delivered to my house over the weekend. This still did not happen. When phoning this morning, I was informed that the balance of the order would be delivered today. 3 days later. This just is totally disgusting and unprofessional. One pays so much for Netflorist and then you still dont get what you want on time!!!! The special occassion was tarnished for me........</p> <p>On Mothersday I ordered a gift for my mother in Durban. 1) They promise chocs with the order yet NONE of my orders got chocs, and 2) the order was delivered to an unknown person. When phoning Netflorist on the day of deliver and the following day, they could not of been bothered to track down our order. Till today they have not been bothered that it was delivered to someone else!!!! Who didnt know my mother! Is that how they treat customers</p>
