Disgusting service

I placed an order on the 29th Nov for the 24th December. Today is the 29th December and my delivery hasn't been delivered. I have been trying to call and in all this time, only 2 call center people have answered the phone. I am on the phone now for 10 minutes and no one has answered. The customer service is dreadful. This was supposed to be a gift for someone's birthday. Originally i made a mistake and forgot the house number in the address, but then was told the order couldn't be delivered because no one was home. So i forgot the house number, why didn't the driver phone so I can correct myself? I actually just want to cancel my order but no one is answering the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
