DISGUSTING SERVICE

Order #*** ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with your service! After having to dial in over the past 2 days PERSONALLY to follow up and try rectify my order, which YOU guys messed up… And being left with EMPTY promises from your own Supervisors, to try and rectify the situation, and being assured my order would be treated as priority and delivered between 9am and 10am TODAY!!!!!

Here I am STILL waiting at 14:30pm for my order!!!!! You have messed up my entire day, let alone my Valentines. SO DISAPPOINTING! Never mind the amount of money spent! The mere fact that NOBODY gets back to me, I have had to call today OVER 7 TIMES!!!!!!!

Calls being dropped, promises to call back, yet nobody does… What sort of organisation are you guys running? Your Customer Service SUCKS!

I want an answer to WHERE MY ORDER is NOW!
