Disgusting service

Most aweful customer service. I ordered a Christmas gift for an event to be held on the 22nd December i placed the order and paid and then get an email saying the items are out of stock I must urgently contact them. When I did it took me 4 phone calls and over 3 hours to get it resolved. Now the gifts are late after being assured I would get them on time. I asked for a manager but no one ever wants to pick up the phone and speak to you
