Disgusting Service

I am disgusted with the service of Netflorist, my daughter's birthday is today,3rd Feb 2020, I ordered a 6 jar cupcake to be delivered to the house she stays on 1st Feb, I followed up with the customer service yesterday to make sure all was on track to deliver on her birthday to the house she was staying, they confirmed they were on track to deliver, I phoned today, after 10 minutes they confirmed they were on track to deliver the cupcakes for her birthday, they confirmed on their system, the cupcakes were on the way to be delivered, and after all that , and prepaying for a service, nothing was delivered, my daughter received nothing for her birthday
