Disgusting Service

What a grossly disappointing service from NetFlorist. It is the second time now over a period of a year that I order a gift from them and they don't deliver on the requested day. The second time, I purchased 2 items and had to pay delivery on each of those items as if they were to be delivered on separate days and they still did not deliver on the said date. This is ridiculous and very annoying
