Disgusting service

Disgusting service. You forward a notice stating that orders have been closed on 13th Feb. You re open orders on 14 Feb stating that its not too late. You then deliver to a work place after 5pm. The person would have obviously left. Deliver the next day defeating the purpose. I felt embarrassed as the person already received from friends and family so my gift was by the way. I should have called another florist. In fairness I should be compensated at least half of my money in return.
