Disgusting service!

I have never experienced such bad service. It is no wonder they are on the service list of Standard Bank's UCount rewards programme, because they are equally useless. I placed an order a day prior to my wife returning to work so I can surprise her with a welcome back gift. A day later before work closes, my order has not been delivered. After numerous calls, they just tell me that the delivery is out. I am not sure how they keep track of their drivers. I am seriously disgusted with Netflorist. I won't advise anyone to do business with this pathetic business. Never again!!!
