Disgusting service

Absolutely shocking service. On 18/07/2019 I made payment and placed an order for delivery on 19/07/2019. to date, the order has not even been released yet. I have sent through proofs of payment with no resolution. The event that i needed the gift for is long gone. thank you Netflorist, for royally ****ing up the day.
