Disgusting service

This business knows absolutely nothing about customer service , they ruined my Valentine’s Day , that they supposed to make special as they claim. This is not the first time I am experiencing a problem with them . They seriously need to get some knowledge on customer service and how to treat their customers. Also, nobody gets back to you when you send an email only an automatic reply. It’s actauly pathetic!
