Disgusting Service

I ordered flowers for my mom on Thursday, 30 May 2015. At 10:08 I received an email to say that my order had been placed, 5hrs later I then received an email saying my order had \left the building"by 16:45 there was STILL NO flowers. After calling the call center for the 4th time the lady asked me for an alternative address and said it would be delivered. The order has still NOT been delivered. What the HELL do you people have a SAME DAY option for if it does not get delivered the SAME DAY??? Don't give the public that option if its all just BULL ****!!!"""
