Disgusting service

<p>I placed an order on 26 January for delivery 10 February. It is the 14th and no delivery. When I called I was told for the 10th time that my order hasn't left. I then go to head office to collect only to wait over an hour for service. This order was paid for in full including a delivery charge. Absolutely appalled by this service. You guys are disgusting!!!</p>
