Disgusting serice and customer support.

I placed an order with them not able to track it on line and then you call in and are on hold for over an hour the person comes on the line tells you not to panic it's been delivered. But then when you ask the person if they got the delivery and they say no, you tell them that they say the driver said it has been delivered. Then you get told hold on they will see where it is, on hold again for 20min in all this time the person could hear me fine before that. They say the driver delivery tool place at 2pm at 2:45pm still no delivery, then the consultant says font panic it will be delivered today. I said but 20min ago you said it was delivered then all of a sudden sorry can't hear you hello hello,your phone is breaking up and that was the end of it. The most pathetic service I have ever had I don't even know how to ask for a refund cause it's a waste of time dealing with shocking companies like this.
