Disgusting Netflorist

I am so disgusted by this Netflorist flowers and service. We paid R1100 for medium flowers and a cake for my mom for her birthday this morning and they arrived at 18h10.The flowers was too small for the vase and some already dead. It was a small cake aswell. When I went outside to fetch the flowers and saw it and asked them why is it so small and so expensive and they couldn't even answer me. We emailed them and asked for our money back. They can keep this ****. I will never ever buy from them again or recommend anyone to buy from them.
