DISGUSTING LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE! SICKENING!

Poor service, apparently their zapper payment option doesn't record the payments immediately.

Now I am talking to 3 agents who have promised to give me feedback an hour ago. Till now there's no feedback. Now I'm told the payment failed even though I have sent them POP. I am told the payment failed on their end.
