Disgusting Customer Service Zero Delivery on Valentines Day!

I had a terrible experience with Netflorist! Ordered a Valentines gift for my husband on 13 Feb 7am paid.

Valentines day came and went with zero delivery.

Emailed customer care and rescheduled for Saturday delivery to my house, waiting the entire day canceled plans, and still zero delivery.

Today Monday 17/2/25 after Valentines day he gets the delivery.

What **** poor service.

The entire point of the order was to suprize my husband with a Valentines gift and that entire experience was ****** for me and spoilt.

Leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

Poor Customer Service
