Disgusting customer service and poor online platform for personalized goft

Firstly why have option to personalize gift and not offer a preview screen so customer can check the spelling and how it looks. Secondly you dont indicate character limit for the personalized name.... then customer uses their own resources to call your call centre to verify personalized name is correct and you assure customer change is made and wrong gift still gets delivered. I am sooo disappointed and the poor service I have received. This experience has been frustrating and not exciting as celebration gift should be.
