Disgusting company

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would! Attrocious service, high prices and you never actually get the flowers you order. I ordered from them last year and the flowers my Mom received, which I paid R500, were mostly dead, with one rose - I had ordered a full bunch of roses and - a few green twigs. Needless to say I complained and it was such a story. I even contacted the florist directly. Subsequent to this I have said I will never use them again. I have unsubscribed from their email over 7 times, and called them up personally to say take me off their mailing list, I did this again in December and said if I got another email from them, I would report them to the POPI act. I have just received a further email from them. I do not want to hear what is on offer, I will NEVER use their services again. They are ripping so many people off and no-one is doing anything about it. Read the comments on their Facebook page. They are a big company and think they can do what they like. I am tired of them and their idea that if you say no, it actually means yes! Please get them to remove me once and for all!
