DISGUSTING COMMUNICATION SYSTEM & FALSE ADVERTISING.

I am highly dissatisfied,disappointed & digusted by this company. I have been reaching out to them since June 25th,yet I am waiting for a agent to get back to me. False advertising is just not good for business. I purchased something for a special someone and got something completely different from what I have already paid for. They are not making customer complaints a priority. Never will I ever use thr service,EVER AGAIN.
